Our Leadership

When I founded Element 99 Web Services I had two goals; deliver outstanding service to our customers, and provide solutions at an incredibly affordable price.

Element 99 Web Services is headed by Lucas Pate, a prominent marketing executive. Lucas has worked in communications and advertising for the entirety of his career. His expertise includes more than 15 years of senior service for a variety of large corporations, including Nissan North America, Six Flags Entertainment, and as temporary marketing director for the Riverfront Times in St. Louis. He is also proud to have worked with major non-profit organizations like the American Cancer Society and has served on the Explore St. Louis LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee.
